      [Objective] The paper aimed to explore the interaction between rhizosphere soil fungi and different tobacco varieties, and reveal significant differences in species among different varieties of diseased rhizosphere soil fungi, as to provide reference for the study of resistance mechanism of tobacco varieties and biological pest control. [Method] Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the composition and diversity of fungal community in rhizosphere soil of diseased plants of 8 tobacco varieties in Yunnan province, [Result] The OTU abundance of fungi in diseased rhizosphere soil of different varieties ranged from 822 to 1126. There were significant differences in the diversity and richness index of rhizosphere soil fungi among different varieties, and varieties K326, Yun 105, Yun 87 and Yun 99 were significantly higher than other varieties. At phylum level, the dominant fungi in the diseased thizusphere soil of each variety were Ascomycota, Mortierellomycota and Basidiomycota. At the genus level, Microidium, Fusarium, Humicola, Mortierella and Alternaria were the dominant genera in each treatment group. The significant difference analysis of LEFSe showed that Humicola, Candida, Plectosphaerella, Alternaria, Papulaspora, Fusarium, Boeremia, Mortierella, Gibberella were the important significantly different species in the diseased rhizosphere soil of different varieties. [Conclusion] There are significant differences in fungal community structure and diversity in rhizosphere soil of different varieties, and the distribution of significantly different species is related to the resistance of varieties. Among the varieties with high resistance to black shank disease (Yun 97, K326, Yun 100 and Yun 87), beneficial bacteria are mainly present, while in susceptible and moderately resistant varieties (Hongda, Yun 105, Yun 116 and Yun 99), harmful bacterial groups such as pathogenic bacteria are clustered.       【目的】揭示不同品种患病根际土壤真菌中的差异显著物种,探讨根际土壤真菌与不同品种烟草互作关系,为品种抗性机 理研究以及生物防治提供参考。【方法】采用Illumina MiSeq 高通量测序技术,分析云南省8个主栽烟草品种的患病植株根际土壤 真菌的群落结构组成与多样性。【结果】8个品种的患病根际土壤真菌OTU丰度值分布在822-1126,各品种间根际土壤真菌多样 性与丰富度指数存在显著差异,其中品种 K326、云105,云87和云99显著高于其他品种。在门水平上,各品种患病根际土壤真菌 主要以子囊菌门(Ascomycota),被孢霉门(Mortierellomycota)和担子菌门(Basidiomycota)为优势菌门。在属水平上,各处理组主要 以Microidium展、硬孢菌属(Fusarium)、腐质要嗎(Humicola)、被孢霉属(Mortierella)和链格孢属(Alternaria)等为优势菌属。LEFSe 显著差异分析表明:提质霉属,假丝酵母属(Candida)、小不整球壳属(Plectosphaerella),链格孢属、丝慈(Papulaspora)、睡孢菌 Boeremia、被孢霉属、赤霉菌(Gibberella)是不同品种烟草患病根际土壤的重要差异显著物种。【结论】不同品种烟草的患 病根际土壤真菌群落结构与多样性存在显著差异,且显著差异物种的分布与品种抗性存在一定联系。对黑股病具有较高抗性的 品种(云97、326、云100和云87)中以有益菌属为主,而在感病和中抗品种(红大、云105、云116和云99)中期聚集了部分病原 菌。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
