      It is known that real estate preservation disputes are characterized by the complexity of their procedures, their high cost, and the length of the decisionmaking process. There was no way out of this impasse except to find a legal mechanism for settling disputes, namely: “reconciliation”; Where the legislator sought to include it within the jurisdiction of the real estate portfolio. However, this mechanism began to raise many questions such as the extent to which the reconciliation is considered binding by the real estate governor, and what are the implications of it, and the extent to which the records completed in this regard acquire the legal value, and the extent of the efficacy of conducting it in the disputes of real estate preservation cases. This study aims to highlight the role given by the Western real estate legislator to the Governor's Institution in order to strengthen the preservation procedure through the reconciliation mechanism. To address the issue from its various aspects, according to the questions raised, we have adopted multiple approaches. Including the descriptive method, which is indispensable in the study of any legal topic, in addition to the analytical method, through which we analyze legal requirements, especially new ones, as well as the inductive method. The researchers concluded that there are several obstacles that prevent people from benefiting from the reconciliation mechanism in real estate conservation disputes. They also presented a set of suggestions, including the inclusion of specific language within real estate conservation laws requiring the governor to conduct reconciliation and the official documentation of the reconciliation process.The researchers concluded that there are several obstacles that lead to the failure to benefit from the reconciliation mechanism in disputes related to real estate conservation.       معلوم أن نزاعات التحفيظ العقاري تتسم بتعقد إجراءاتها وارتفاع كلفتها وطول مسطرة الفصل فيها. ولم يكن من مخرج لهذا المأزق إلا إيجاد آلية قانونية لفض المنازعات وهي: "الصلح"؛ حيث سعى المشرع لإدراجه ضمن اختصاصات المحافظ العقاري . بيد أن هذه المكنة أخذت تطرح العديد من التساؤلات من قبيل مدى اعتبار الصلح ملزما للمحافظ العقاري، وما هي الآثار المترتبة عنه؟ ومدى اكتساب المحاضر المنجزة بصدده للقيمة القانونية، ثم مدى نجاعة إجرائه في منازعات قضايا التحفيظ العقاري. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي منحه المشرع العقاري المغربي لمؤسسة المحافظ في سبيل تعزيز مسطرة التحفيظ عبر آلية الصلح ولدراسة الموضوع من مختلف جوانبه وفق الأسئلة المطروحة اعتمدنا مناهج متعددة، منها المنهج الوصفي الذي لا غنى عنه في دراسة أي موضوع قانوني، بالإضافة إلى المنهج التحليلي الذي من خلاله نقوم بتحليل المقتضيات القانونية خاصة الجديدة منها، وكذلك المنهج الاستقرائي. وقد خلصنا إلى أن هنالك مجموعة من العراقيل تؤدي إلى عدم الاستفادة من آلية الصلح في النزاعات المتعلقة بالتحفيظ العقاري، مع تقديم مجموعة من الاقتراحات، كالنص بشكل حرفي ضمن قانون التحفيظ العقاري على إلزامية القيام بالصلح من قبل المحافظ، واكتساب للمحضر المنجز من قبله للصفة الرسمية.
