The jurisprudence of migration from Mecca to Medina.

Studying the events of the Prophet's biography is primarily aimed at understanding its details and delving into its benefits, enabling a comprehension and assimilation of the jurisprudence of the Prophet, peace be upon him, and then establishing a proper connection between this jurisprudence and its application in today's reality. In the events of the Prophet's migration, with its details and stages, there is an enduring approach to supporting the truth through all means and sacrifices, as well as reinforcing the correct approach of reliance, correcting the mistakes of the complacent and reckless. Additionally, it embodies the approach of gradualism and organization, cutting off the path for the extremists and the impulsive. Among its numerous benefits, it serves as a source for deriving principles for many issues and tasks. This research, titled "The Jurisprudence of Migration from Mecca to Medina," aims to extract the lessons learned from this great event in the biography of the Prophet, peace be upon him, and in the history of this glorious nation. I have divided my research into two sections. The first section is dedicated to mentioning the most important events of the migration from Mecca to Medina. As for the second section, I mentioned what can be benefited from in the jurisprudence of migration, from two aspects: the first being the universal divine laws in His worship and creation, and the second being some jurisprudential rulings, attempting to highlight the application of this jurisprudence with the reality of the nation today, and the need for it in specific aspects. The research relied on the descriptive analytical method. This research has led to results including: that Allah has preserved for us the biography of His Prophet, peace be upon him, to remain the ideal reference and practical model for the religion of Allah and His rulings, even His traditions and laws. The knowledgeable scholars have drawn from it over the ages, consecutively establishing rules, methodologies, and jurisprudence that continues to grow and magnify its importance, and will continue to do so by the will and strength of Allah. إن دراسة أحداث السيرة النبوية، القصد منه بالأساس الوقوف على تفاصيلها والغوص في ثنايا فوائدها، مما يمكن من فهم واستيعاب فقه المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم ، ومن ثم الربط السليم بين هذا الفقه وتنزيله في الواقع المعاش اليوم. إن في أحداث الهجرة النبوية بتفاصيلها ومراحلها، منهجاً خالداً لنصرة الحق بكل الوسائل والتضحيات، وفيها من ترسيخ منهج التوكل الصحيح ما يصحح أخطاء المتمادين والمتواكلين، وفيها من تجسيد منهج التدرج والترتيب ما يقطع الطريق على الغالين والمتنطعين، ومن الفوائد الكثيرة ما يجعلها مصدر لاستنباط القواعد لكثير من القضايا والمهمات... وقد جاء هذا البحث الذي وسمته ب «فقه الهجرة من مكة إلى المدينة»، لاستخلاص ما يستفاد من هذا الحدث العظيم في سيرة المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم ، وفي تاريخ هذه الأمة المجيدة. لقد قسمت بحثي هذا إلى مبحثين، خصصت الأول لذكر أهم أحداث الهجرة من مكة إلى المدينة، أما المبحث الثاني فذكرت فيه ما يمكن الاستفادة منه في فقه الهجرة، وذلك من جانبين، الأول سنن الله تعالى الكونية في عباده وخلقه، والثاني في بعض الأحكام الفقهية، محاولا إبراز تنزيل هذا الفقه مع واقع الأمة اليوم، ومكمن الحاجة إليه في جوانب محددة. وقد اعتمد البحث على منهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد أفضى هذا البحث إلى نتائج منها أن الله تعالى حفظ لنا سيرة نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم لتبقى لنا المرجع الأمثل والنموذج التطبيقي لدين الله تعالى وأحكامه وحتى سننه وقوانينه، فاقتبس منها العالمون العارفون على مدى الأزمنة متتابعة قواعد ومناهج وفقها ما يزال ينمو ويعظم شأنه وسيزال بحول الله تعالى وقوته.
