The impact of the hidden curriculum on the educational process in schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) A field study on primary schools in the city of Tabuk).

The study aimed to investigate the impact of the hidden curriculum on the educational process in schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (a field study on primary schools in the city of Tabuk). To achieve the research objectives,the descriptive survey method was used, and a questionnaire was designed consisting of (23) items distributed over two axes: the impact of the curriculum. The hidden curriculum on the educational process in primary schools in the city of Tabuk, development proposals to reduce the impact of the hidden curriculum on the educational process in primary schools in the city of Tabuk. The research was applied to a random sample of (338) male and female teachers. The research reached many results, the most notable of which are: that the hidden curriculum greatly affects the The educational process in the primary stage. The results also indicated that there is a gap between what is taught and what is expected of students in reality .The results also indicated the impact of the hidden curriculum on the educational or developmental needs of some students and the lack of consideration of individual differences between them. The results also indicated that the hidden curriculum focuses on Specific aspects of knowledge and skills and not others. هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر المنهج الخفي في العملية التربوية بمدارس المملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظر المعلمين دراسة ميدانية على المدارس الابتدائية بمدينه تبوك) . ولتحقيق اهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تصميم استبانة مكونه من (۲۳) فقره موزعة على محورين هما، أثر المنهج الخفي على العملية التربوية بمدارس الابتدائية بمدينة تبوك ، المقترحات التطويرية لتقليل أثر المنهج الخفي في العملية التربوية بمدارس الابتدائية بمدينه تبوك وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة عشوائية مكونه من (۳۳۸) معلم ومعلمة وتوصل البحث الى العديد من النتائج ابرزها: أن المنهج الخفي يؤثر بدرجة كبيرة على العملية التربوية في المرحلة الابتدائية، كما أشارت النتائج الى وجود فجوة بين ما يتم تدريسه وماهو متوقع من الطلبة في الواقع، كما أشارت النتائج الى أثر المنهج الخفي على الاحتياجات التعليمية او النمائية لبعض الطلبة وعدم مراعاة الفروق الفردية بينهم، كما اشارت النتائج ان المنهج الخفي يركز على جوانب محددة من المعرفة والمهارات دون أخرى، كما اضهرت النتائج أن المقترحات التطويرية تقلل بشكل كبير من أثر المنهج الخفي في العملية التربوية.
