The present study aimed to verify the effectiveness of training based on use non speech oral motor exercises (NSOME) to decrease articulation disorders in children with cleft palate. The final study sample consisted of (6) child between the ages of (6-9) years and those who hesitate to phonatricas Unit in Assiut University hospital, and several tools were used in the study, among them: The pictorial pronunciation scale prepared by / researcher, and the Stanford Benedict scale to measure intelligence, the fifth image Arabization and legalization / Safwat Faraj (2011), and the speech therapy program prepared by the researcher. and the results of the study resulted in the effectiveness of the treatment program in reducing the severity of language disorders and improving social communication skills They have the significance of the differences between the ranks of the members of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements on the two gauge intensity scales in favor of the dimensional measurement, and the experimental group also maintained the therapeutic gains T two months after the telemetric. أثر التدريب على الوظائف التنفيذية لتحسين القدرات النفس لغوية لدى التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من فعالية التدريب القائم على استخدام التمارين الحركية الشفوية غير الكلامية لخفض اضطرابات النطق لدى الأطفال المصابين بالحنك المشقوق، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة النهائية (1) أطفال من المصابين بالحنك المشقوق من الذين تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (11) سنة بمتوسط عمري (٢,٦٥) وانحراف معياري (١,٩٤) والمترددين على وحدة التخاطب بمستشفى جامعة أسيوط، وتم التجانس بين أفراد العينة، واستخدامت الباحثة في الدراسة المنهج التجريبي، كما استخدمت الأدوات الآتية: مقياس اضطرابات النطق المصور إعداد الباحثة و مقياس استانفورد بينيه القياس الذكاء الصورة الخامسة تعريب وتقنين صفوت فرج (۲۰۱۱) والبرنامج العلاجي التخاطبي العلاج اضطرابات النطق لدى الأطفال المصابين بالجنك المشقوق إعداد الباحثة، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن فاعلية البرنامج العلاجي في خفض اضطرابات النطق لدى الأطفال المصابين بالجنك المشقوق، واتضح ذلك في دلالة الفروق بين متوسطي رتب أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي على مقياسي اضطرابات النطق المصور الصالح القياس البعدي، كما استمر احتفاظ المجموعة التجريبية بالمكتسبات العلاجية حتى مرور شهرين من القياس البعدي.
