- نبذة مختصرة :
ChrysCapital Management Co. has raised $700 million from investors using a continuation fund, a new method for private equity funds to maintain their minority stake in companies. This allows private equity managers to move assets around more easily and hold them for longer. The success of this fundraise is seen as a positive signal to investors that India can provide liquidity. Continuation funds are more common in the US and Europe, but still rare in Asia. ChrysCapital has over $5 billion of assets under management and has returned $6.5 billion to investors through more than 70 exits. [Extracted from the article]
