The city of Kharkiv in Ukraine is experiencing ongoing power outages, as well as water and heating shortages, due to a missile attack by Russia. Local authorities are working around the clock to restore utility services, but full restoration may not be possible until Monday. The attack on Kharkiv was the largest on Ukraine's power system since the Russian invasion in 2022. President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has called for foreign allies to provide military aid in response to the attack.
