      A matched filtering (SMF) channel estimation method based on sequence pilots can solve the problem of difficulty and high complexity in channel estimation for existing orthogonal time-frequency-space (OTFS) modulation systems in terms of peak to average ratio and fractional Doppler channels. This algorithm first combines the sequence pilot and data into a frame, and obtains the number of paths, delay, and integer Doppler based on the correlation of the sequence. Then, it estimates the fractional Doppler tap and channel gain through matched filtering to obtain channel state information. Finally, the channel gain and initial phase are updated through channel features. The simulation results show that this method improves the peak to average ratio and channel estimation performance compared to channel estimation based on embedded pulse pilots. Compared to traditional sequence pilots, this method can estimate fractional Doppler taps and provide more accurate channel state information. This channel estimation method is more universal.
