      The article presents the findings of a study on teacher professional learning. Topics include: the background of the study as it evolved from a study on educator evaluation reform; and the positive impact of the program on principle leadership, classroom practice and student achievement. The study concludes that repeated formative feedback can make a positive difference for both students and educators without taking up a lot of the teachers' time.
