This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of strategic leadership styles in human resources management practices in telecommunications companies in Jordan. To achieve the objectives of the study analytical descriptive approach was used, and Three of the telecommunications companies in Jordan were selected in Amman, namely (Orange, Zain, and Umniah) out of (10) licensed companies. The unit of analysis (Manager, deputy/assistant Manager, head of department/supervisor, employee), with total of (394) respondents, the questionnaires were distributed to the study sample in the three companies. The answers of respondents were Analyzed to measure the study variables, which included strategic leadership styles and its dimensions (reciprocal leadership, transformative leadership, leadership, ethical leadership), and human resources management practices and its dimensions (human resources planning, human resources recruitment, human resources training and development, human resources performance assessment) in telecommunications companies in Jordan, using regression analysis. The study reached some important results, including the significant impact of strategic leadership stayles on human resource management practices in telecommunications companies in Jordan. The study recommended telecommunication companies in Jordan by building clear plans and creating policies that will help telecommunications companies in Jordan to reflect strategic leadership styles, which are positively affecting human resources management practices.
