This article deals with the philosophy of social justice by depicting "Nancy Fraser," which is trying to combine two important questions: recognition and redistribution. This is the basis of directions prevalent in the United States, the first one emphasizes the cultural aspect and the issue of recognition, which is headed by "Charles Taylor", the second one underscores the economic side and the issue of re-distribution, which is headed by "John Rawls." Then, she added a third side called "representation". All this in order to rebuild public space concept of "Jürgen Habermas" in the form of the bourgeoisie, and work to develop it into a public space post- bourgeoisie more open and of a global nature. Cet article traite de la philosophie de la justice sociale chez «Nancy Fraser," qui tente de combiner deux questions importantes: la reconnaissance et la redistribution. Ceci est la base des orientations qui prévalent aux États-Unis, le premier courant souligne l'aspect culturel et la question de la reconnaissance, qui est dirigé par "Charles Taylor", quant au deuxième, il souligne la dimension économique et la question de la redistribution, dirigé par "John Rawls." En leur ajoutant une troisième dimension appelée «représentation» et tout cela dans le but de reconstruire le concept d'espace public de "Jürgen Habermas" sous la forme de la bourgeoisie, et de travailler pour le développer dans un espace public post-bourgeois plus ouvert et d’un caractère mondial. يعالج هذا المقال فلسفة العدالة الاجتماعية عند "نانسي فريزر"، التي تحاول الجمع بين مسألتين أساسيتين وهما: الاعتراف وإعادة التوزيع. وهذا انطلاقا من التيارين السائدين في أمريكا، التيار الأول الذي يركز على البعد الثقافي وعلى مسألة الاعتراف، والذي يتزعمه "شارل تايلور"، والتيار الثاني الذي يركز على البعد الاقتصادي وعلى مسألة إعادة التوزيع، والذي يتزعمه "جون راولز". لتضيف إليهما بعدا ثالثا أسمته بـ "التمثيل". وهذا كله من أجل إعادة بناء مفهوم الفضاء العمومي البورجوازي لـ "يورغن هابرماس"، والسير به قدما إلى فضاء عمومي ما بعد بورجوازي يكون أكثر انفتاحا ويأخذ طابعا عالميا .
