      The article is devoted to the phonetic proceses, which lead to the formation of the derivate in the system of word formation in the Arab and the Russian languages, as representativts of the Semitic and Indoeuropean language groups. It touches upon the basic concept of the root, flexia, affixation and phonogrammar on the scientific facts of their creation. The authors analyze real scientific differences of affixation from phonogrammar, and the effect of phonetic processes by which words are formed in the Russian and the Arabic languages.       Статья посвящена фонетическим процессам, которые приводят к формированию деривата в системе словообразования в аpaбском ирyсском язъках как предеставителях семитской и индоевропейской группы яыков. Она затрагивает основное понятие корня, флексии, аффиксации и фонограмматики на научных фактах их создания.
