In light of the fundamental importance of the family, Islam established a truthful and just gadget of rights and obligations, providing a girl with the proper upbringing, education, freedom of speech, and consent to marriage. In addition, if we study Zoroastrianism’s teachings, we will see that women are granted some freedom and their primary rights are recognized, consisting of education, meals, equality, and freedom of expression. There’s no question that Zoroastrianism empowered ladies according to their lawful reputation in contrast to other nations, yet despite this, there are some regions that are slender and dark even these days. That is how much hatred closer to the woman having menstruation has been expressed in this civilization, there may be no precedent in some other civilization of the sector. This paper aims to provide information about the social and marital rights of women in Islam and Zoroastrianism as it is based on qualitative research. The conclusion is also been the part of this object. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
