Community Organizing Method Mechanisms for Building the Capacity of Facilitators of Child Protection Projects in NGOs.

The implementation of child protection projects for NGOs requires the efforts of the so-called facilitators to implement and facilitate the project's activities, relying on raising their Capacity. Therefore, the study aimed to determine the level of the community organization method mechanisms used by the facilitators of child protection projects in nongovernmental organizations, and to determine the level of Capacity of the facilitators of child protection pro.jects in NGOs, and to determine the relationship between the mechanisms of the community organization method and building the capacity of the facilitators of child protection projects in NGOs, and this study is one of the descriptive studies, and the study relied on the comprehensive social survey approach for facilitators of child protection projects in NGOs in Aswan, and their number (242) facilitators, and the study tool was a questionnaire form Applied to facilitators of child protection projects. The results of the study found that the level of community organization method mechanisms is high, and the level of capacities of facilitators of child protection projects in NGOs is average, and there is a statistically significant positive impact relationship between the mechanisms of the method of community organization and capacity building for facilitators of child protection projects in NGOs. The study reached a future vision to activate the contributions of the community organization method mechanisms in building the capacity of facilitators of child protection projects in NGOs. يتطلب تنفيذ مشروعات حماية الأطفال لئمنظمات غير الحكومية لجهود ما يسمي بالميسرين لتنقيذ وتيسير أنشطة المشروع معتمدة فى ذلك على رفع قدراتهم، لذلك هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد مستوى آليات طريقة تنظيم المجتمع التي يستخدمها ميسري مشروعات حماية الأطفال بالمنظمات غير الحكومية، وتحديد مستوى قدرات ميسري مشروعات حماية الأطفال بالمنظمات غير الحكومية، وتحديد العلاقة بين آليات طريقة تنظيم المجتمع وبناء قدرات ميسري مشروعات حماية الأطفال بالمنظمات غير اذحكومية، وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل) لميسري مشروعات حماية الأطفال بالمنظمات غير الحكومية بأسوان وعددهم) 242 ميسر، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استمارة استبيان مطبقة على ميسري مشروعات حماية الأطفال. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى أن مستوى آليات طريقة تنظيم المجتمع مرتفع ، ومستوى قدرات ميسري مشروعات حماية الأطفال بالمنظمات غير الحكومية متوسط، وتوجد علاقة طردية تأثيرية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين آليات طريقة تنظيم البرجتمع وبناء قدرات ميسري مشروعات حماية الأطفال بالمنظمات غير اذحكومية، وتوصلت الدراسة لرؤية مستقبلية لنقعيل إسهامات آليات طريقة تنظيم المجتمع في بناء قدرات ميسري مشروعات حماية الأطفال بالمنظمات غير اؤحكومية.
