" The extent to which technical and vocational education teachers practice the principles of effective teaching ".

This study aimed mainly to identify the extent to which the technical & vocational education teachers practice the principles of effective teaching, based on the tool prepared by the researchers for achieving the purposes of this study. This is a descriptive study where the researchers prepared a questionnaire consisted of 43 paragraphs distributed into 7 main hubs as follows : The objectives, The educational aids, presentation of the course, motivational effect, development of the skills, values and trends, class management & class interaction and evaluation, the tool of the study was arbitrated by been presented to 10 arbitrators, Study constant coefficient was (0.87), the sample of the study consisted of 55 teachers from the Technical & Vocational institutes which were selected intentionally, those who were newly contracted with the ministry office of technical education & vocational training as well as those whose majors are not educational. The results: - The degree of practicing the effective teaching principles by the technical & vocational teachers from their viewpoints as per the tool and based on its seven main hubs was a very minimal degree - There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0, 05) in terms of the extent to which the technical & vocational education teachers practice the principles of effective teaching due to the variable of Type of the institute (Technical or vocational). - There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0, 05 ) in terms of the extent to which the technical & vocational education teachers practice the principles of effective teaching due to the variable of gender. - There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level ( 0, 05) in terms of the extent to which the technical & vocational education teachers practice the principles of effective teaching due to the variable of level. - There are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α<= 0. 05) in terms of the extent to which the technical & vocational education teachers practice the principles of effective teaching due to the variable of years of working. هدفت الدراسة التعرف إىل مدى ممارسة مدرسي التعليم التِقْينّ واملِهْينّ ملبادئ التدريس الفعّال. اعتمدت الدراسة على املنهج الوصفي، فقام الباحثون بإعداد استبانة تكونت من )43( فقرةً موزًّعةً على )7( حماور هي: األهداف، والوسائل التعليمية، وعرض املادة الدراسية، وإثارة الدافعية، وتنمية املهارات والقيم واالجتاهات، وإدارة الصف والتفاعل الصفي، والتقويم. وقد مت حتكيم أداة الدراسة بعرضها على )10( مُحكِّمني، أما معامل ثبات الدراسة فقد بلغ )0.87(. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من )55( مدرسًا من مدرسي املعاهد التِقْنيّة واملِهْنيّة، مت اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، ممن هم حديثو التعاقد مع وزارة التعليم الفين والتدريب املِهْين،ّ وممن ختصصاتهم ليست تربوية. وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أبرزها: - إنَّ درجة ممارسة مدرسي التعليم التِقْينّ واملِهْينّ ملبادئ التدريس الفعّال من وجهة نظرهم وفقًا لألداة ككل وحملاورها السبعة كانت بدرجة منخفضة ال توجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية عند مستوى داللة )0.05( يف مدى ممارسة مدرسي التعليم التِقْينّ واملِهْينّ ملبادئ التدريس الفعّال تُعزى ملتغري نوع املعهد )تِقْينّ – مِهْينّ(. - ال توجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية عند مستوى داللة )0.05( يف مدى ممارسة مدرسي التعليم التِقْينّ واملِهْينّ ملبادئ التدريس الفعّال تُعزى ملتغري النوع. - ال توجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية عند مستوى داللة )0.05( يف مدى ممارسة مدرسي التعليم التِقْينّ واملِهْينّ ملبادئ التدريس الفعّال تُعزى ملتغري املستوى. - ال توجد فروق ذات داللة إحصائية عند مستوى داللة )0.05=<α )يف مدى ممارسة مدرسي التعليم التِقْينّ واملِهْينّ ملبادئ التدريس الفعّال تُعزى ملتغري سنوات اخلدمة.
