The statute of limitations in the Journal of Judicial Judgments.
    • نبذة مختصرة :
The projected statute of limitations or what is known as the passage of time in Islamic jurisprudence is one of the jurisprudential issues that have been discussed by Muslim jurists in the second century AH. An explanation and detail of the issue of prescription has been provided in the Journal of Judicial Laws, in the form of arranged and sequential legal articles derived from Islamic jurisprudence on the Hanafi school, The magazine has taken the concept of lapsed statute of limitations in human rights lawsuits without the gainful prescription of rights, for legitimate considerations. The right does not die, but the lawsuit is not heard as a judge after a period of time has passed within controls and conditions. And because the projected statute of limitations has a jurisprudential origin, the magazine distinguished between two types of prescription, one of which is jurisprudential and the other by order of the sultan, and it arranged special provisions for each of them.
