      The impact of the ethical CEO on top management team's creativity not only affects the leadership effectiveness of the ethical CEO, but also relates to whether top management team can maintain the innovation vitality to adapt to the complex and changeable business environments. In order to reveal the impact of the ethical CEO on top management team's creativity from the perspective of knowledge management, based on the theory of the ethical leadership, team creativity and knowledge management, this study proposed a moderated dual mediation model with the ethical CEO as the independent variable, both knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding in knowledge management as the mediating variables, top management team's creativity as the dependent variable, and psychological distance as the moderating variable. MPLUS 7.0 was used for the CFAs to evaluate the discriminate validities of the key variables, SPSS 22.0 was used to calculate the descriptive statistics, analyze the correlations between variables, make the multiple regression analysis, and process the data obtained from 602 executives in 46 top management teams. The results revealed the ethical CEO had a significant positive impact on top management team's creativity, knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding had partial mediating effects respectively between the ethical CEO and top management team's creativity, and psychological distance respectively had a moderating effect on the relationship between the ethical CEO and both of knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding within TMT. All of these make up for the lack of the theoretical research on the relationship between the ethical CEO and top management team's creativity from the perspective of knowledge management, provide the scientific guidance to conduct the practice of the ethical CEO stimulating top management team's creativity.
