      The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a program based on sensory integration in developing receptive language for children with autism spectrum disorder, the study group of (5) children with asymmetry spectrum disorder ranging from (5-7) in the middle (6.4) years and four months all of them children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder was formed of a simple degree in a communication center for people with special needs in Asyut province and the semi-experimental curriculum was used in one group (experimental group),the study used the following tools, the language scale of The Arab Bouhsiba (2002) to measure the reception language in the study sample.Measure (cars) for the evaluation of autistic child preparation year (1988) rationing Tarsh al-Shammari, Zidan Al-Sartawi, SafaaFarafish (2010) training program based on sensory integration preparation of the researcher, after statistical treatment using spss program non-barmetric statistical methods, The results revealed a statistically significant difference between the tribal and distance measurements on the language scale of Abu Hassiba at the 0.05 indication level in favor of the distance measurement and there is no statistically significant difference between the distance and fatigue measurements (after two months) on the language scale of Abu Hassiba at the indicative level of 0.05.
