Creating Sustainable Value.

Research Question (RQ): How to create sustainable values. Purpose: Present the EFQM 2020 model and self-assessment with a focus on sustainable value. Method: We used a qualitative method with an emphasis on analytical study. Results: Through research, we found that for the creation of sustainable value, an equally important stake in society, the environment and the economy is important, and the most important is the support of the top management. Organization: A study of various articles gives us information about the importance of leadership in an organization and strategic direction. Society: By encouraging employees to develop, an organization can do the most to create sustainable value. Originality: In the research, we presented one of the 7 criteria of the EFQM model, namely the creation of sustainable value. Raziskovalno vprašanje (RV): Kako ustvarjati trajnostne vrednosti? Namen: Predstaviti Model EFQM 2020 in samoocenjevanja s poudarkom na trajnostni vrednosti. Metoda: Uporabili smo kvalitativno metodo s poudarkom na analitičnem preučevanju referenc. Rezultati: Z raziskavo smo ugotovili, da je za ustvarjanje trajnostne vrednosti, pomemben enakomeren poudarek na družbo, okolje in ekonomijo, najpomembnejša pa je podpora najvišjega vodstva. Organizacija: Preučitev različnih člankov nam daje informacije o pomenu vodstva v organizaciji in strateški usmeritvi. Družba: Organizacija s spodbujanjem zaposlenih k razvoju lahko največ naredi za ustvarjanje trajnostne vrednosti. Originalnost: V raziskavi smo predstavili enega od 7 meril modela EFQM in sicer ustvarjanje trajnostne vrednosti.
