      Many conflict situations and poor tourism products arise due to the absence of a quality service or product verification process. To avoid or minimize such phenomena, a quality management system is implemented in the enterpris. The implementation of a quality management system in a tourism company has numerous advantages that can lead to a more efficient and successful company operation. The article presents the main reasons why it is important to implement a quality management system in tourism enterprises. A quality management system creates a continuous process for improving service quality, which can improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as reduce costs associated with errors, helping to identify and eliminate problems in the service design and/or implementation process. The process approach in the quality management system can help a tourism company improve the efficiency of its operational processes, service quality, employee motivation and effectiveness, leading to a reduction in the time to complete a unit of work, increased productivity and overall effectiveness. Many tourism companies work with different standards and regulatory requirements. The DSTU ISO 9001:2015 standard is suitable for any enterprise and field of activity, and is also applied in European countries. The article describes an adapted process for implementing an integrated quality management system specifically for the tourism industry, which is the leading method for forming a quality service. Generally, the implementation of an integrated quality management system based primarily on the DSTU ISO 9001:2015 standard in a tourism company can lead to improved service quality, reduced costs, improved process efficiency, reputation improvement, and compliance with standards. This can lead to a more successful and competitive operation of the company in the tourism services market both in Ukraine and worldwide. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
