    • نبذة مختصرة :
Bipolar mood disorders (BD) appear much less frequent, even though they appear to be 44 times more frequent in subjects with anorexia nervosa (AN) than in the general population.[1] Similarly, in patients seen for BD, a comorbid ED appears at a prevalence of 27%, which certainly suggests that they are often comorbid. Prolific literature has examined the prevalence of depression among comorbid mood disorders in eating disorders (ED). Her ED symptoms, simultaneously early, atypical, and resistant to the usual treatments, initially intertwined with recurrent depressive symptoms; after her iatrogenic mood swing with psychotic characteristics, the ED finally resolved completely with the more frank emergence of mood symptoms.
