This study examines the impact of national culture (NC) and perceived organizational support (POS) on transgender job satisfaction (TJS) in Pakistan with mediating effect of leader-member exchange (LMX) and discretionary power (DP) and also report a new empirical finding on TJS working in Pakistan. Researchers follow cross-sectional research design to conduct questionnaire survey. A well-structured questionnaire is adopted to collect data on study variables. Due to sensitivity of the respondents i.e. transgender employees, snowball sampling technique is used. The final analysis is applied to 261 responses. The findings show that NC influence POS and POS has a significant positive impact on TJS. Further, this study also confirms the mediation effect of LMX and DP between POS and TJS.
