كَمْ/Kem Expression in The Arabic Language and Its Applications in The Qur'an.

The expression kem كَمْ in the Arabic language is used in two ways as ıstifhamiye and khabariye. In the Arabic language, كَمْ is considered one of the names with multiple functions. In classical syntax books, it is important which function the word كَمْ, which is usually considered under the title of non-sarih or number allusion, performs in the sentence. If the position of the expression كَمْ in Arabic syntax is not well understood, there may be a risk of misunderstanding. In addition, the expression كَمْ, which we often encounter in the verses of the Holy Qur'an, is an important auxiliary element in the understanding of the verses. After explaining the general provisions of كَمْ in the study, according to the general acceptance of Arab grammarians, the expression كَمْ is used in twenty places in total in the Qur'an; sixteen are reported as khabariye and four of them as istifhamiye. It will be explained that the most used type in the addressing of the Qur'an is كَمْ 'i khabariye, and in this usage it sometimes means eloquent such as taqsir, warning, threat, denial, tawbîh, tahzir. From the point of view of the oratory of the Qur'an, it has been determined that كَمْ the word is used in an takrir sense in places where it is underused and used. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Arap dilinde kem كَمْ ifadesi, istifhâmiye ve haberiye olarak iki şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Arap dilinde كَمْ, çok fonksiyonu olan isimlerden biri sayılmaktadır. Klasik nahiv kitaplarında genellikle gayr-i sarih veya adetten kinaye başlığı altında ele alınan كَمْ kelimesinin cümlede hangi işlevi gördüğü önem arz etmektedir. Eğer كَمْ ifadesinin Arapça söz dizimindeki konumu iyi bir şekilde kavranmazsa yanlış anlaşılma riski oluşabilmektedir. Ayrıca Kur’ân-ı Kerim ayetlerinde sıkça karşılaştığımız كَمْ ifadesi, ayetlerin anlaşılmasında önemli bir yardımcı unsurdur. Çalışma da كَمْ ’ in genel hükümleri anlatıldıktan sonra Arap gramercilerin genel kabulüne göre كَمْ ifadesinin Kur’ân-ı kerimde toplam yirmi yerde; on altısı haberiye, dördünün de istifhâmiye olarak geçtiği örnekleriyle anlatılmıştır. Kur’ân hitabında en çok kullanılan tür’ün, كَمْ ’i haberiye olduğu, söz konusu kullanımda bazen teksîr, tenbîh, tehdîd, inkâr, tevbîh, tahzîr gibi belâğî anlamlara geldiği açıklanmıştır. Kur’ân hitabı açısından istifhâmiye olarak كَمْ, az kullanıldığı ve kullanıldığı yerlerde de takrîr manasında kullanılmakta olduğu tespit edilmiştir. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
