The purposes of Islamic law In Iraqi legislation.

Purposes. These are the purposes of the street, the purposes of the Shariah, or the islamic purposes, and can be limited to the five islamic colleges (keeping religion, self-preservation, keeping the mind, preserving the offspring (offer), saving money, and these are the five necessities and what the Shariah has set for keeping them from the great things, the believer is keen to respect the limits of God. The human being who believes in God feels the watch of God and his fear and works knowing that God is with him, he sees him, knows him, watches him, and does not hide anything in the sky or in the earth. The constitution and the law affirm the maintenance of the purposes of sharia and not to legislate any text contrary to these purposes and abide by the limits set by the purposes of sharia. المقاصد هي مقاصد الشارع، أو مقاصد الشريعة، أو المقاصد الشرعية، ويمكن حصر الم ا رد منها بالكليات الشرعية الخمس )حفظ الدين، حفظ النفس، حفظ العقل، حفظ النسل)العرض( ، حفظ المال( وهذه هي الضروريات الخمس وما شرعته الشريعة لحفظها من الامور العظيمة فالمؤمن ح ريص على احت ا رم حدود الله وشريعته والحفاظ على القانون الذي ينظم حياته، ويوجه نشاطه بعكس الانسان الذي لا يؤمن بالله ولا يخشى رقابته فالإنسان المؤمن بالله يشعر بم ا رقبة الله ومخافته ويعمل وهو يعلم ان الله معه ي ا ره ويعلم به وي ا رقبه ولا يخفى عليه شيء في السماء ولا في الارض، وقد تناول المشرع الع ا رقي في الدستور وفي القانون التأكيد على صيانة مقاصد الشريعة وعدم تشريع اي نص يخالف هذه المقاصد والالت ا زم بالحدود التي حددتها مقاصد الشريعة .
