Reflecting on interpersonal competences from the university research task. (English)

The imprint of university education highlights investigative pedagogical experiences that lead to relating to the other in the context. From this need, this article aims to analyze the influence of interpersonal skills in research classes to strengthen learning environments with empathetic and committed participation as the basis of professional leadership. The methodological handle has been with a mixed design of a descriptive type, with an exploratory nature. 233 students and 33 undergraduate teachers from the last courses of some careers in the university setting participated. The results obtained reveal between low and medium levels of achievement of response criteria in the face of the link between theory and practice. It is concluded that the investigative action requires promoting activities that enhance and promote knowledge management together with interpersonal skills that contribute to community feelings of future professionals. La impronta de la formación universitaria pone de relieve experiencias pedagógicas investigativas que llevan a relacionarse con el otro en el contexto. Desde esta necesidad, el presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la influencia que tienen las competencias interpersonales en las clases de investigación para que se fortalezcan los ambientes de aprendizaje con una participación empática y comprometida como base del liderazgo profesional. El asidero metodológico, ha sido con un diseño mixto de tipo descriptivo, con carácter exploratorio. Participaron 233 estudiantes y 33 docentes de pregrado de los últimos cursos de algunas carreras en el escenario universitario. Los resultados obtenidos revelan entre bajos y medio niveles de logros de criterios de respuestas ante la vinculación entre lo teórico y práctico. Se concluye que, el accionar investigativo requiere propiciar actividades que potencien e impulsen la gestión del conocimiento juntamente con competencias interpersonales que aportan en sentimientos comunitarios de los futuros profesionales.
