      The article presents a study on the feasibility of a proposed labour-hour budgeting method to improve the accuracy of budgeting for planning labour-intensive projects by applying the method in the planning for steel girder fabrication projects in highway bridge construction. The method combines the productivity concepts in project scheduling and budgeting.
