Ibn Jamâa'a Thought on Politics and Governance.

Siyasahnamah [politics book] and nasihanamah [advice book] type works contain remarkable knowledge, view, advice and proposals about politics and governance. In these works, the qualifications, duties and responsibilities of governors, administrators and other officials from president to the lowest state official in the state are reminded, and problems and distortions are put forward and solution offers are made. The work titled Taḥrīr al-aḥkām fī tadbīr ahl al-Islam, written by Badraddīn Ibn Jamā a, is also a book that can be seen and discussed within the scope of the politics books that constitutes the common political view of humanity. Badraddīn Ibn Jamā a is one of the important names attracting attention with his views in the history of Islamic politics and governance thought. In the final analysis Ibn Jamā a left a treasure worthy work for researchers, especially those working in the field of politics and governance. As a professor of hadith and fiqh, he taught and raised many students. The problem of this research is to set forth the main points of Ibn Jamāa's thought of politics and governance. In this article, it is aimed to understand and explain of the approaches of Ibn Jamā'a about politics and governance based on his mentioned work. Within the scope of this purpose, the study also aims to contribute to researches on political science, sociology and history. Siyasetname ve nasihatname türü eserler, siyaset, devlet ve yönetim hakkında önemli bilgi, ıslahat, nasihat ve öğütler içerirler. Bu eserlerde devlet başkanından en alt devlet görevlisine kadar devlette yönetici ve diğer görevlilerin nitelik, görev ve sorumlulukları hatırlatılır; yanlış ve bozulmalar ortaya konularak çözüm önerileri getirilir. Bedreddin İbn Cemâa tarafından kaleme alınan Tahrîrü'l-Ahkâm fî Tedbîri Ehli'l-İslâm adlı eser de insanlığın ortak siyaset görüşü birikimini teşkil eden siyasetname kapsamında görülebilecek ve ele alınabilecek bir kitaptır. Bedruddîn İbn Cemâa, İslam siyaset ve yönetim düşüncesi tarihinde görüşleriyle dikkat çeken önemli isimlerdendir. Son tahlilde İbn Cemâa, araştırmacılar, bilhassa siyaset ve yönetim alanında çalışanlar için hazine değerinde bir eseri miras bırakmıştır. Muhaddis ve fakih olarak İbn Cemâa, müderris vasfıyla hocalık yapmış ve birçok öğrenci yetiştirmiş bir ilim insanıdır. Bu araştırmanın problemi, İbn Cemâa'nın siyaset ve yönetim düşüncesinin temel noktalarının ne olduğudur. Bu makalede İbn Cemâa'nın mezkur eserine dayanarak siyaset ve yönetimle ilgili yaklaşımlarını anlamak amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma, bu amaç kapsamında bilhassa siyaset bilimi, sosyoloji ve tarih araştırmalarına katkı sağlamayı da hedeflemektedir. Araştırmacı, anlamacı metodolojik paradigma çerçevesinde nitel yaklaşımla ve dökü-mantasyon tekniği ile elde edilen veriler çerçevesinde konuyu ele almaktadır. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
