ومن المعجزات التي تضمنها كتاب الله تعالى ؛ ما يحتويه الجمل ذات التراكيب القليلة والمعاني العظيمة ، فمن الضروري للإنسان لها مبادئ عالمية يشار إليها بالتفاصيل من أجل التحدث معها المعرفة والعدالة ، ثم يعرف تفاصيل كيف حدثت. كلام سبحانه وتعالى وتفسيره للأصول والأصول التي نحمي آيات الوحي من تبني الرأي البغيض ومعه نواجههم كل أتى مع. كما أن قواعد التفسير مثل الميزان والقانون الذي بواسطته لم تذكر الدراسات السابقة للتفسير الموضوعي قواعد خاصة بـ التفسير الموضوعي ، ولكن بالأحرى جعل كل باحث أو طالب في هذا الموضوع حاضرًا مقدمة وفيها بعض الأمور العامة التي يحاول الالتزام بها في بحثه من الضروري معرفة أن البحث في التفسير الموضوعي لا يختلف عن البحث في موضوع التفسير بشكل عام وهذا ما أشار إليه أ. محمد باقر الصدر ، لذلك لا يجوز للباحث في هذا العلم أن تتجاوز القواعد العامة للتفسير.
