تبحث هذه الدراسة في دور العقليات الإبداعية كمتنبأ بالكفاءة الذاتية الإبداعية والهوية الشخصية الإبداعية لدى عينة مكونة من) 409 (من الطلبة المسجلين في جامعة الإمام عبد Karwowski,(الرحمن بن فيصل.استخدامت الدراسة مقياس العقليات الإبداعية لكاروفسكي 2014 (، ومقياس الكفاءة الذاتية الإبداعية والهوية الشخصية الإبداعية لكاروفسكي وليبودا أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى العقلية المرنة جاء .)Karwowski et al., ووسنسكا) 2018 بمستوى متوسط، وجاءت العقلية الثابتة بمستوى متوسط.في حين جاءت كل من الكفاءة الذاتية الإبداعية والهوية الشخصية الإبداعية بمستوى مرتفع.كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العقلية المرنة والعقلية الثابتة من جهة والكفاءة الذاتية الإبداعية ومن جهة أخرى لم يكن هناك علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين العقليات المرنة والعلقيات الثابتة والهوية الشخصية الإبداعية.كماأظهرت النتائج وجود مساهمة نسبية .) ذات دلالة إحصائية للعقلية الثابتة في الكفاءة الذاتية الإبداعية ومقدارها)% 9. This study investigated the role of Creative Mindsets as a predictor of creative self-efficacy and creative personal identity among a convenient sample of 409 male and female students of Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University. The study utilized the Creative Mindsets Scale (Karwowski, 2014), as well as the Creative Self Efficacy and Creative Personal Identity Scales (Karwowski et al., 2018). The results showed that the flexible mindset level was moderate and the fixed mindset was moderate. However, both creative self-efficacy and creative personal identity were high. The results also showed a statistically significant correlation between the flexible mindset and the fixed mindset on the one hand, and creative self-efficacy on the other hand. There was no statistically significant correlation between the flexible mindset, the fixed mindset and Creative Personal Identity. The results also suggested that creative mindset varibale was found to be a significant predictor of creative self-efficacy among the selected university students, counting (0.09) of the variance.
