In March 2019, 19 Minnesota child welfare managers, supervisors, and directors were interviewed about their experiences with Collaborative Safety (CS) activities. Over the two years, interviews found that by focusing on systemic issues and data collection, Minnesota staffare shifting away from a "who did what wrong when" focus to one of system and culture change. In short, these interviews suggest this joint project based on Safety Science is helping Minnesota reengineer both its child welfare system and workplaces. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
