أثر تطبيق مفهوم الموانئ الذكية على تحسين أداء محطات الحاويات (دراسة حالة: ميناء الفاو الكبير بالعراق). (Arabic)

There is an urgent need for container terminals and ports to become smart ports; in order to improve performance and raise their productivity, which contributes to improving the economies of countries and enhancing their competitiveness. Smart port is a port that depends on the use of modern technology in data collection, analysis and distribution, and also depends on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in container handling operations, which helps reduce energy use and preserve the environment, which helps increase the efficiency of operations and then helps in transforming seaports To smart sustainable cities and logistics centers that contribute to global supply chains, which is the main concern of the shipping industry in the future. This research aims to study the possibility of applying digitization in Al Faw port; in order to transform it into a smart port to improve the quality of services provided, facilitate customs procedures and shorten the time to keep pace with modern technological developments in the world. This research is classified as an analytical quantitative research that depends on making comparisons and analyzing them through an electronic survey that was analyzed using the SPSS program to reach the requirements for the application of modern technology in Al Faw Grand Port in Iraq. هناك حاجة ملحة لمحطات الحاويات لكى تصبح موانئ ذكية وذلك لتحسين أدائها ورفع إنتاجيتها مما يساهم فى تحسين إقتصاد الدول وتعزيز القدرة التنافسية للموانئ. ويعرف الميناء الذكى على أنه الميناء الذى يقوم على إستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة فى تجميع البيانات وتحليلها وتوزيعها كما فى عمليات تداول الحاويات مما يساعد على تقليل (AI) يعتمد على إستخدام الذكاء الأصطناعى إستخدام الطاقة والمحافظة على البيئة مما يساعد على زيادة كفاءة العمليات ومن ثم يساعد في تحويل الموانئ البحرية إلى مدن ذكيه مستدامة ومراكز لوجستية تساهم فى سلاسل التوريد العالمية والذي يعتبر الشاغل الرئيسي لصناعة النقل البحري مستقبلا ا . يهدف البحث لدراسة إمكانية تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية )الرقمنة( في ميناء الفاو الكبير لتحويل الميناء الى ميناء ذكي للإرتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة وتسهيل الإجراءات الجمركية واختصار الوقت لمواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة في العالم. يصنف البحث كونه بحث كمي تحليلي يعتمد على إجراء المقارنات وتحليلها عن طريق إستقصاء الكتروني تم تحليله باستخدام برنامج للوصول لمتطلبات تطبيق التكنولوجيا الحديثة بميناو الفاو الكبير بالعراق. ويعد هذا SPSS البحث من أوائل الأبحاث التي تحاول تطبيق متطلبات الموانئ الذكية على ميناء الفاو الكبير بجمهورية العراق.
