Study reality competencies of teachers of the school of physical education at Soran University from the viewpoint of student.

The aim of this study is to know the reality of the competencies of teaching staff of the school of physical education at Soran University from the students' point of view. The researcher used the descriptive survey method its suitability in this study. The research sample consists of (75) students of the fourth stage in the School of Physical Education at Soran University. The proportion of the research sample is (59) 05% of the total number of students from the original community for the research. In collecting the data, the questionnaire used in this research. From the survey sample, the researcher used (Cronbach's Alpha equation) to ensure the reliability of the study. It was distributed to students in the form of the online questionnaire. In analyzing the study data, the researcher used the statistical program (SPSS (version 23.0)) .The researcher communicated the most important results, which are innovation and effective application confidently and without hesitation using innovative methods, generating ideas and optimal planning to reach the optimal solution, the contribution to achieving the democratization of education obtained the highest percentage of The students ’point of view, while encouraging students to ask questions in order to develop their capabilities, I got the lowest percentage from the students’ point of view. One of the most important conclusions in this study is the reality of the competencies of school teachers Physical education at Soran University from the students' point of view is generally good. هدف هذا البحث للتعرف الواقع كفايات تدريسي سكول التربية الرياضية في جامعة سوران من وجهة نظر الطلاب استخدمت الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي لملائمته هذه الدراسة عينة البحث مكون ( 75 ) الطلاب المرحلة الرابعة في سكول التربية الرياضية في جامعة سوران بلغت نسبة عينة البحث ( 59,05 % ) من العدد الكلي للطلبـة مـن المجتمع الأصلي للبحث. في جمع البيانات استخدمت باحث الاستمارة الاستبيان من عينة الاستطلاعية استخدمت الباحث ( معادلة الفا كرونباخ) (Cronbach's Alpha) للتأكـد مـن ثبـات أداء الدراسة وتم توزيعها على الطلبة بشكل الاستبيان نوئلاین (online), في تحليل البيانات الدراسة استخدمت الباحث برنامج الاحصائي(SPSS ) الإصدار( ۲۳٫۰). الباحث تواصلوا إلى أهم نتائج هي الابتكار والتطبيق الفعال بثقه وبدون تردد باستخدام أساليب ابتكاريه وتوليد أفكار والتخطيط الأمثل الوصول للحل الأمثل, الإسهام في تحقيق ديمقراطية التعليم حصلت على أعلى نسبة من وجهة نظر الطلاب فيما يشجع الطلبه على طرح الاسئله وذلك لتطوير إمكانياتهم حصلت على أدني نسبة من وجهة نظر الطلاب من اهم الاستنتاجات في هذا الدراسة الواقع كفايات تدريسي سكول التربية الرياضية في جامعة سوران من وجهة نظر الطلاب بشكل عام جيد جيدا.
