This research reviews the protection of natural heritage in times of peace and armed conflicts that still concern the international community, which in turn seeks to find legal mechanisms that aim to provide international protection for this type of heritage, given the importance it represents for the region in which it is located and for the international community and the importance it represents Not only the extension of the past to the present, but also an economic return for that region, and this in turn is reflected in the international and internal levels. يستعرض ىذا البحث حماية التراث الطبيعي في أوقات السمم والنزاعات المسمحة التي ال زالت تشغل المجتمع الدولي الذي بدوره يسعى إلى إيجاد اآلليات القانونية التي تيدف إلى توفير الحماية الدولية ليذا النوع من أنواع التراث، لما يمثمو من أىمية لإلقميم الذي يقع فيو ولممجتمع الدولي وأن األىمية التي يمثميا ليس فقط امتداد الماضي إلى الحاضر فحسب بل ً اقتصاديا لذلك اإلقميم ، وىذا بدوره ينعكس عمى المستويين الدولي والداخمي .
