نحو وجه جديد: محاولة في ترسيخ مقاصد الس نّة النبو يّة بإندونيسيا

Towards a New perspective: An Attempt in Strenghtening Maqāṣid al-Sunnah in Indonesia.

As long as the context time and space can be applied to the hadith, the manifestation of the Qur'an teachings, the slogan of this Holy Book will remain relevant. Therefore, this research aims to base the main objective or maqasid of hadith in Indonesia by revealing its relevance. This study was performed via the unification of the hijriyah calendar and the reading of sighat ta'liq for the groom, as outlined in research questions concerning the contextualization of maqasid hadith based on these two phenomena. Through an in-depth literature review by examining related sources, the authors concluded that the unification context of the Hijri calendar in Indonesia contains the objectives of the Prophet's sunnah, which are unity and togetherness. The recitation of ṣīghat ta'līq also includes maqāṣid alsunnah which protects the wife from losing her rights in the family. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

إن شعار القرآن صالح لكل زمان ومكان ينطبق أيضا في الواقع على الحديث النبوي لأنه بمثابة تجسيد لتعاليم القرآن مما يعني أنه وحي من عند الله تعالى. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ترسيخ مقاصد السنة النبوية بإندونيسيا من خلال الكشف عن صلة الغرض الرئيس ي لها بظاهرتين في إندونسيا. أما الظاهرة الأولى فتوحيد التقويم الهجري في إندونيسيا، والثانية قراءة صيغة التعليق للزوج عقيب عقد الزواج. وبعد ذلك سيجيب الباحث أسئلة بحثية كما يلي: كيف يت م تطبيق مقاصد السنة النبوية على هاتين الظاهرتين. من خلال فحص متع مق للمصادر ذات الصلة، استنتج الباحث أن توحيد التقويم الهجري في إندونيسيا يحتوي في الواقع على مقاصد السنة النبوية وهي الوحدة والتكاتف. وفي الوقت نفسه فإن نطق صيغة التعليق يحتوي أيضا على مقاصد السنة النبوية التي تحمي الزوجة من فقدان حقوقها في الأسرة.
