      The article presents a report on chemotaxis research.EZ-TAXIScan is a desk-top, six-channel device to observe and film cell motion in real time for chemotaxis research. Aligned cells at the channel edge migrate over a glass plate under a silicon chip made with semiconductor technology and images are taken by a charge-coupled device camera. Assays can be performed with fewer than 100 cells, suitable for research involving scarce samples. Individual cells are automatically counted and data are formatted and uploaded into the personal computer system, from which summary charts can be produced instantly.
