      current research aims to( teaching skills evaluation for teachers of art education in the light of the criteria for quality education). be research society (189), the researcher picked a random sample (20) teachers to apply search tool, and standards contained five professions and fifty-four kind enough subset, use Int bag statistics (SPSS)FOR FINDING. the most important findings: a weakness evident in the teaching evaluation of Art education. Recommendations: use current calendar form search tool by technical education supervisors and suggestion : a comparative study between technical art teacher preparation programs in Iraq and States that applied education quality standards in the preparation of art education teacher.       ييدف البحث الحالي :)تقويم الكفايات التدريسية لمعممي التربية الفنية في ضوء معايير جودة التعميم(، تكون مجتمع البحث من )967 )معمماً ،اختار الباحث عينة عشوائية بمغت)02)معمماً لتطبيق اداة البحث ،والمتضمنة خمسة كفايات رئيسة وتقوميا اربع وخمسون كفاية فرعية ،استعمل الباحث الحقيبة االحصائية (SPSS (لمتوصل الى النتائج. اىم النتائج: وجود الضعف في الكفايات التدريسية لمعممي ومعممات مادة التربية الفنية. وعميو اوصى الباحث باستعمال اداة البحث الحالي استمارة التقويم من قبل مشرفي مادة التربية الفنية لتشخيص نقاط الضعف، وأقترح بأجراء دراسة مقارنة بين برامج اعداد معمم التربية الفنية في العراق والدول التي تطبق معايير جودة التعميم في اعداد معمم التربية الفنية..
