تصور مقرتح لربنامج تدريب معلمي العلوم على استخدام بعض اسرتاتيجيات نظرية تريز TRIZ للحلول اإلبداعية للمشكالت أثناء تدريس العلوم.

A proposed Perception for a science teachers training program in the use of some TRIZ theory of creative solutions to problems while teaching science.

ىدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع تصور مقترح لبرنامج تدريب معممي العموم بالمرحمتين االبتدائية واإلعدادية عمى استخدام بعض استراتيجيات نظرية (TRIZ (لمحمول اإلبداعية لممشكبلت أثناء تدريس العموم. ولتحقيق ىذا اليدف تم استخدام المنيج الوصفي، كما قام الباحث بإعداد استبانة لتحديد مدى استخدام معممي العموم لبعض استراتيجيات نظرية )TRIZ )لمحمول اإلبداعية لممشكبلت أثناء تدريس العموم، كما قام بإعداد استبانة أخرى لتحديد االحتياجات التدريبية البلزمة لمعممي العموم الستخداميا أثناء تدريبيم عمى بعض ) (استراتيجيات نظرية تريز، وقد تم تطبيق ىذه االستبانات إلكترونيا عمى مجموعة من معممي العموم بمغ عددىم )06 ً ( معمما ومعمم ًة من معممي العموم بإدارة السادات التعميمية بمحافظة المنوفية، وقد أظيرت النتائج أن المتوسط الكمي الستخدام معممي العموم الستراتيجيات تريز اإلبداعية المحددة في البحث الحالي يعبر عن درجة استخدام منخفضة. كما أنو توجد حاجة كبيرة لتدريب معممي العموم عمى استراتيجيات نظرية )TRIZ )لمحمول اإلبداعية المحددة في البحث الحالي وفقا لبلحتياجات التدريبية المحددة في استبانة االحتياجات. وبناء عمى النتائج السابقة تم وضع تصور مقترح لمبرنامج التدريبي والذي تكون من )11 )يوم تدريبي بمعدل ً وحدة تدريبية كل يوم و بواقع )4 ا مقسمة عمى جمستين زمن الجمسة ( ساعات تدريبية يومي ساعتان وبإجمالي )44 )ساعة تدريبية. وبناء عمى ما سبق تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات في ضوء ما أسفرت عنو النتائج. The aim of research is to develop a proposed Perception for a science teacher training program in the use of some TRIZ theory of creative solutions to problems while teaching science. To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared a questionnaire to determine the extent to which science teachers use some of the TRIZ of theory strategies while science teaching, also prepared questionnaire to determine the training needs necessary for science teachers to be used during their training on some of the TRIZ theory strategies. These questionnaires were applied electronically to a group of science teachers, (60) science teachers in the Sadat Educational Administration. The results showed that the overall average for science teachers' use of TRIZ strategies expresses a low degree of use. There is also a great need to train science teachers in TRIZ theory identified in current research according to the training needs identified in the needs questionnaire. Based on the results obtained, the proposed Perception for the training program was developed, which consisted of (11) training days, and a training unit at (4) training hours per day divided into two sessions, the session time was two hours, with a total of (44) training hours.
