The hearing impaired child is socially immature, subject to psychological pressure and difficulty in adapting, as he withdraws from society, which pushes him to isolation and retirement, and may even amount to hostility to the community, and the researchers noted the increase in social withdrawal behavior among children with hearing impairment in the State of Kuwait, which encouraged the researchers to try to develop a competitive games program in Athletics for children Using the integration method for children with hearing impairment in the State of Kuwait and to identify the effectiveness of this program in reducing the social withdrawal behavior of the research sample, which was chosen intentionally by students of Hope School for Hearing Disabilities in Hawalli Governorate in the State of Kuwait Stage (12: 9) His age reached 15 pupils, in addition to 15 ordinary pupils, and the experimental approach was used in the experimental design of one group in the post-pre-measurement to suit the nature of the study. The researchers concluded that there is a positive impact of the program on reducing the social withdrawal behavior of children with hearing impairments in the State of Kuwait. الطفل ضعيف السمع غير ناضج اجتماعيا يتعرض لضغوط نفسية وصعوبة في التأقلم حيث ينسحب من المجتمع مما يدفعه للعزلة والتقوقع بل قد يصل الامر إلى العداء للمجتمع ، وقد لاحظا الباحثان زيادة سلوك الانسحاب الاجتماعي لدى الاطفال ضعاف السمع بدولة الكويت مما شجع الباحثان لمحاولة وضع برنامج العاب تنافسية في العاب القوى للأطفال باستخدام اسلوب الدمج للأطفال ضعاف السمع بدولة الكويت والتعرف على مدى فاعلية هذا البرنامج في خفض سلوك الانسحاب الاجتماعي لدى عينة البحث والتي تم اختيارها بالطريقه العمدية من تلاميذ مدرسه الأمل للاعاقة السمعية بمحافظة حولي بدولة الكويت المرحله السنية 12 ( سنه وقد بلغ عددهم 15 تلاميذ، بالاضافة لعدد 15 تلاميذ من العاديين، وتم إستخدام :9( المنهج المنهج التجريبي بالتصميم التجريبي لمجموعه واحده بالقياس القبلي البعدي لمناسبته لطبيعة الد ا رسة. وتوصلا الباحثان لوجود تأثير ايجابي للبرنامج على خفض سلوك الانسحاب الاجتماعي لدى الاطفال ضعاف السمع بدولة الكويت.
