دور شارل مالك في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان. (Arabic)

As a result of the tragic conditions left by the Second World War (1939-1945) from the destruction of the infrastructure and the destruction of mankind, it was necessary to develop a principle or document similar to a global road map for freedom and equality that protects the rights of every person everywhere, and this pact was the first time they agreed. All countries are entitled to freedoms and for the human being to live with dignity and equality. On this basis, the list of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was drawn up by the United Nations in 1948, there were many countries or state representatives who participated in drawing up the list and preamble of the global media for human rights, and among these was the only Arab person in this participation, Charles Habib Malik. Who had a clear imprint through his active participation in drafting the preamble of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which included (30) articles that included the right to life, liberty and privacy, and the right to education and decent housing, and the global media for human rights still forms the basis for national and international laws and standards. نتيجة للأوضاع المأساوية التي خلفتها 1945 ( من – الحرب العالمية الثانية ) 1939 دمار للبنى التحتية وهلاك للبشرية ، كان لابد من وضع مبدأ أو وثيقة أشبه بخارطة طريق عالمية للحرية والمساواة تحمي حقوق كل شخص في كل مكان ، وكان هذا الميثاق هي المرة الأولى التي تتفق فيه كل البلدان على الحريات وأن يعيش الإنسان متمتعاً بالكرامة والمساواة. على هذا الأساس تم وضع لائحة الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان من قبل هيئة الأمم المتحدة عام 1948 ، كانت هناك العديد من الدول أو ممثلي الدول الذين أشتركوا في وضع لائحة وديباجة الإعلام العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وكان من بين هؤلاء الشخص العربي الوحيد في هذه المشاركة وهو شارل حبيب مالك الذي كان له بصمة واضحة من خلال مشاركته الفاعلة في وضع الديباجة الخاصة بالإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والذي تضمن ) 30 ( مادة التي شملت الحق في الحياة والحرية والخصوصية والحق في التعليم والسكن اللائق ، ولايزال الإعلام العالمي لحقوق الإنسان يشكل أساساً للقوانين والمعايير الوطنية والدولية .
