(Bloomberg) -- Bulgaria's ruling party, led by PrimeMinister Boyko Borissov, won Sunday's elections, an exitpoll showed, giving him a chance to secure a fourth termas leader of the European Union's poorest and mostcorrupt member. He has embraced NATO and the EU while formereastern bloc peers Hungary and Poland engage in openconflict with Brussels.
