Telemedicine and COVID–19 pandemic. (English)

The telemedicine obtained a new shape during and because of the COVID–19 pandemic. Telemedicine has already been part of the healthcare systems in most countries of the world before the outbreak of the COVID–19 pandemic. The redefinition of telemedicine by legal tools and through empirical approach has rendered the utilisation of telemedicine more widespread than ever before. Telemedicine conveys advantages despite its actual disadvantages. These advantages by and large overpass the possible disadvantages. The electronic healthcare documentation will be used in legal procedures as an important proof that could help the healthcare provider’s exculpation. Since, in Hungary, the healthcare provider can prove before court the standard level of provided healthcare by means of an adequately administered healthcare documentation, it is highly relevant to properly administer it in the Electronic Healthcare Cooperation Service Space. A telemedicina a COVID–19-világjárvány alatt és miatt új arculatot nyert. A telemedicina már a COVID–19-világjárvány kitörése előtt is a legtöbb ország egészségügyi rendszerének része volt. A telemedicina jogi eszközökkel és empirikus megközelítéssel történő újra meghatározása elterjedtebbé tette annak használatát, mint korábban. A telemedicina számos előnnyel jár – nyilvánvaló hátrányai mellett. Ezen előnyök összességében véve meghaladják a lehetséges hátrányokat. Az elektronikus egészségügyi dokumentációt jogi eljárásokban olyan fontos bizonyítékként fogják használni, amely akár az egészségügyi szolgáltató kimentéséhez is vezethet. Tekintettel arra, hogy Magyarországon az egészségügyi szolgáltató a bíróság előtt egy adekvátan vezetett egészségügyi dokumentációval bizonyítani tudja, hogy az ellátásban résztvevőktől elvárható gondossággal járt el, fokozottan releváns, hogy az Elektronikus Egészségügyi Szolgáltatási Térben megfelelően vezessék azt.
