THE ECONOMIC WEIGHT OF THE BRICS IN THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC SYSTEM.

The Research aimed to study the economic weight of the BRICS group in the global economic system, by monitoring and analyzing what are the economic characteristics of the BRICS group, discussing and presenting the economic relations of the BRICS group, its role in increasing the relative weight of the BRICS volume and capacity in the global economy. The research found that despite the superiority recorded by the BRICS economies in the past ten years and with the expectation of high rates of growth in the near future, they cannot single-handedly lead and operate economic governance institutions in the near future, except after consolidating their efforts and maintaining their growth indicators and adding many of the influential emerging countries. Also, the BRICS have to intensify their efforts through joint cooperation with various similar economic blocs, which increases the degree of their impact on global economic governance.
