Promoying the entrepreueurship culture in Egyptian higher education institutions: a comparative study.

أدركػت الوكومػات مػي جميػا أنوػاه العػالـ أىميػة التعمػيـ الريػادي، وعمػج جميػا المسػتويات ظيرت وممة لتعزيز المشرو عات مف خبلؿ تدريس ريادة األعماؿ. ًال بو ػا نشػطًا، ووظيػت باىتمػاـ مت ازيػد وم صػارت الػنظـ اإليكولوجيػة الرياديػة مجػا ً ي ناقشػات سياسية معاصرة ووؿ العالـ، وبرغـ ىذه الواجية الواضوة بيف ال قامة وريادة األعمػاؿ، إال أف الجيود البو ية الموجية نووىما مودودة، لذا منوف بواجة إلػج تقػديـ تفسػيرات أعمػؽ لبوػوث قامة ريادة األعماؿ، وىناؾ عديد مف الدعوات مي ىذا الصدد، ا البوػث مػي ً وربما األك ر إلواو ّو ال قامي ألصواب توديد مدى التوج المشروعات الفردية، وميميـ نوو ريادة األعماؿ. وتبوػث الدراسػة الواليػة كيفيػة تعزيػز قامػة ريػادة األعمػاؿ مػي مؤسسػات التعمػيـ العػالي المصرية، ُ َ ويث ت ّع د لِبنة مي األدبيات ووؿ النظـ اإليكو لوجية لريادة األعمػاؿ، خاصػة المتعمقػة بال قامة الريادية، كما تيدؼ إلج ّ تعرؼ النيػو ج التعميميػة مػي ريػادة األعمػاؿ، وتطويرىػا، والتػي يمكف أف تػومر ىياكػؿ توميميػة لتوسػيف دور ريػادة األعمػاؿ مػي التعمػيـ العػالي، وكيفيػة اإلمػادة منيا مي التعميـ العالي المصري، مستعينة مي ذلؾ بتصػميـ إطػار مقتػرح لمعناصػر الرئيسػة مػي قامة ريادة األعماؿ، وسػمطت الدراسػة الضػوه عمػج أبػرز الممارسػات الواليػة مػي تعزيػز قامػة ريػػادة األعمػػاؿ، مػػف خػػبلؿ دراسػػة الجيػػود المبذولػػة لنشػػر قامػػة ريػػادة األعمػػاؿ مػػي وػػالتي الدراسة؛ األكاديمية العربية لمعموـ والنقؿ والتكنولوجيا، وجامعة اإلسكندرية. ػا ً ػا مقترو ً ػا مقارن ً ا منيجي ً ً استخدمت الد ارسة إطار ػا مػف الػدمي بػيف أبعػاد الطريقػة مكون المقارنػػة Education Comparative،والمتم مػػة ميالالوصػػؼ،التوميؿ ال قامي،والمقارنػػة ٔ التفسػيرية،والتنبؤ ، وبنػود تقيػيـ الػنظـ البيئيػة لريػادة األعمػاؿ مػي الجامعػات (U-BEEs) ،وبصفة خاصة عمج إودى جوانبو والمتعمؽ بال قامة الريادية .يتـ تطبيػؽ عناصػر (BEE-U( لتجسيد أوجو التشابو واالختبلؼ مي العمميػة التػي تتطػور بيػا تعمػيـ ريػادة األعمػاؿ مػي وػالتي الدراسػة ؛لمركػزي ريػادة األعمػاؿ لجامعػة االسػكندرية،ولؤلكاديمية العربيػة لمعمػوـ والتكنولوجيػا والنقؿ البوري . Governments around the world have recognized the importance of entrepreneurship education; and at all levels a campaign has emerged to promote projects through entrepreneurship education. Entrepreneurial ecosystems have become an active area of research, and have received increasing attention and contemporary political discussions around the world. Despite this clear interface between culture and entrepreneurship, the research efforts directed towards them are limited, so we need to provide deeper interpretations of entrepreneurial culture research, and there are many calls In this regard, perhaps the most urgent research is to determine the extent of the cultural orientation of individual entrepreneurs, and their tendency towards entrepreneurship. The current study examines how to foster a culture of entrepreneurship in Egyptian higher education institutions, as it is a building block in the literature on the ecosystems of entrepreneurship, especially related to entrepreneurial culture, as it aims to identify and develop educational approaches to entrepreneurship, which can provide analytical structures to improve the role of Entrepreneurship in higher education, and how to benefit from it in the Egyptian higher education, with the help of designing a proposed framework for the main elements in the culture of entrepreneurship. The study highlighted the most prominent current practices in promoting the culture of entrepreneurship; by studying the efforts made To spread the culture of entrepreneurship in the two study cases: the Arab Academy for Science, Transport and Technology, and the University of Alexandria. The study relied on the use of a comparative methodological framework consisting of combining the comparative education research method and proceeds in four steps (i.e. description, interpretation, juxtaposition, and comparison). and assessment items for university-based entrepreneurship ecosystems (U-BEEs), Especially on one of its aspects related to entrepreneurial culture.The U-BEE items are applied to exemplify the similarities and differences of the process by which entrepreneurship education developed in two institutions in the two study cases; (the two centers of entrepreneurship for the University of Alexandria, and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport).
