The Reality of Primary Education In Al-Habibiya Zone in Baghdad City.

BAGHDAD (Iraq); IRAQ

Primary education is the basis of the basic of the basic pyramid for the different stages of education. The random distribution of schools the low level of living and other problems affecting the education sector, Al-Habibiya located southeast of Sader city in Baghdad, suffers from inefficiency and adequacy of primary education services, this school building the double permanence, the lack of suitable numbers of pupils with the study population , the lack of water electricity and suitable services. The absence of parks , sports grounds and recreation , as well as the short age of educational and staff which in turn affected the educational process .Wench. The primary education is the first of the development cycle and advancement of the scientific and civilized society, most of the governorates and cities of Iraq suffer from the lack of primary education services , especially the high density city of Sadr city which suffers from the deterioration of all services such as transportation methods and efficiency and lack of access to drinking water and the deterioration of electric city services and responsible over crowing to find appropriate solution for the education. يمثل التعليم الابتدائي قاعدة الهرم الأساسية لمراحل التعليم المختلفة وأوسعها انتشاراً، نظراً لاتساع قاعدة الهرم السكاني لفئة الطفولة في العراق، ويعد التعليم الابتدائي الحلقة الأولى من حلقات التطور والنهوض بواقع المجتمع العلمي والحضاري، وتعاني مدن العراق من عدم كفاءة خدمات التعليم الابتدائي ولاسيما مدينة الصدر ذات الكثافة السكانية العالية، التي تعيش حالة من تردي الخدمات المجتمعية في طرق النقل وتوفر المياه وخدمات الكهرباء وتراكم النفايات وغيرها من المشاكل التي أثرت بشكل أو بأخر في خدمات التعليم والاكتظاظ السكاني. ويعاني قطاع التعليم الابتدائي في مدينة الصدر من مشاكل عدة منها تردي الأبنية المدرسية والدوام المزدوج وعدم توفر القاعات الدراسية المناسبة مع أعداد الطلبة ونقص الخدمات کانقطاع الكهرباء وعدم توفر مولدات لتوليد الطاقة الكهربائية فضلاً عن عدم وجود ساحات وحدائق للأنشطة الرياضية، ومشاكل أخرى تتعلق في العملية التربوية. وحي الحبيبية هو أحد أحياء مدينة الصدر الذي يعاني من عدم كفاية الخدمات التعليمية سواء من حيث أعداد المدارس الذي لا يتناسب اعداد الطلبة أو نقص القاعات الدراسية، فضلاً عن نقص الملاك التربوي، وقد أثر ذلك في صعوبة إيصال المادة العلمية الى التلاميذ، لذا ينبغي على الجهات المسؤولة الاهتمام بالجانب التعليم ولاسيما التعليم الابتدائي للنهوض بالعملية التربوية والعلمية.
