The Obstacles of Educational Research in the Universities of the South of West Bank. (English)

This study aimed to identify the obstacles of educational research in the universities of the south of West Bank. The study population are (60) faculty members. The results of the study showed that the level of obstacles to educational research in the universities of the south of West Bank, was high, The results of the study that there were indicators of high degree of degree. (Adherence to the professionalism of laws and regulations), (twice the experience of researchers), (The lack of a suitable climate), (the slow process of evaluation of research), (non-diversification in the choice of methods of educational research and methods), (lack of funds). The study recommended the importance of paying attention to the quality of educational research to develop positive attitudes towards it by educators and educational decision makers, not through collective research with the beneficiaries of their results., And employment in the field of education. هدفت الد ا رسة معرفة معوقات البحث التربوي في جامعات جنوب الضفة الغربية كما يقدرها أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجامعي.) مجتمع البحث من) 60 (عضو هيئة تدريس، استخدم الباحثان اداة الد ا رسة لجمع البيانات تكونت بصورتها النهائية من) 43 فقرة، وهي سبعة مجالات د ا رسية، تم التحقق من صدق الأداة ثباتها. أظهرت نتائج الد ا رسة أن مستوى معوقات البحث التربوي في جامعات جنوب الضفة الغربية جاءت بدرجة عالية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لتقدي ا رت أف ا رد الد ا رسة لمتغيري الرتبة العلمية والجامعة التي يعمل بها، وجود مؤش ا رت قدرت بدرجات عالية،)قلة الوقت الكافي لإج ا رء الأبحاث التربوية(،)وجود التعقيد الإداري والتقيد بحرفية القوانين واللوائح(،)عدم التنويع في اختيار طرق البحث التربوي وأساليبه بما يخدم متطلبات التخطيط(،)قلة الاعتماد المالي لتمويل البحث التربوي(. وأوصت الد ا رسة بضرورة الاهتمام بنوعية البحوث التربوية لتطوير اتجاهات ايجابية نحوها من قبل التربويين وصانعي الق ا ر ا رت التربوية، وتبني صانعي الق ا ر ا رت التربوية نتائج وتوصيات البحوث التربوية المحلية القيمة، وتوظيفها في الميدان التربوي.
