PROCESS DO CARING IN NURSING NO PERIOPERATORY IN HEART SURGERY.

It is understood that it is in the perioperative period that there is a comprehensive, continuous, participatory, individualized, documented and evaluated care following the precepts of Nursing Care Systematization. Thus, this study sought to analyze in the nursing scientific literature the main care during the perioperative period of cardiac surgery. This is an integrative review aimed at updating knowledge and practices conducted between September and October 2019, based on consultations in the following digital libraries: Nursing Databases, Scientific Electronic Library Online, Latin American Literature and Caribbean Health Sciences and CAPES Journal Portal. We used the descriptors in health sciences nursing care and cardiac surgery. Two categories emerged: Contextualization about the care that precedes the surgical procedure and Nursing Care during the postoperative period. It was observed that the main care is more in the postoperative phase, where there are several determinants that can affect the recovery process such as the presence of stressors, the need for psychospiritual support, among others. Compreende-se que é no período perioperatório que ocorre uma assistência integral, continuada, participativa, individualizada, documentada e avaliada seguindo os preceitos da Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem. Assim, este estudo buscou analisar na literatura científica em enfermagem os principais cuidados durante o perioperatório da cirurgia cardíaca. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa com vistas a atualizar saberes e práticas realizadas entre os meses de setembro e outubro de 2019, a partir de consultas realizadas nas seguintes bibliotecas digitais: Bases de Dados em Enfermagem, Scientific Electronic Library Online, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde e Portal de Periódico CAPES. Foram utilizados os descritores em ciências da saúde cuidados de enfermagem e cirurgia cardíaca. Emergiram duas categorias: Contextualização acerca dos cuidados que antecedem a realização do procedimento cirúrgico e Cuidados de enfermagem durante o período pós-operatório. Observou-se que os principais cuidados se encontram mais na fase de pós-operatório, onde há vários determinantes que podem afetar o processo de recuperação como a presença de estressores, a necessidade de apoio psicosocioespiritual entre outros.
