The Security and Military Relationship Between North Atlantic Treaty and the European Union after the Cold War (1991-2016).

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على الحركة العلمية ودور علماء الحديث والعلوم الاخرى في الحياة العلمية والثقافية في بلاد ما وراء النهر خلال المدة التي عاصر فيها السمعاني الكثير من الاحداث السياسية والاجتماعية والفكرية التي مرت على مدن الشرق الاسلامي. تضمن البحث نبذة للتعريف بجغرافية بلاد ما وراء النهر، وأخرى بأبي المظفر السمعاني وكتابه (الانساب) استعرضنا فيها العوامل التي أسهمت في جذب العلماء إلى بلاد ما وراء النهر، وطبيعة قدومهم إليها، وإقامتهم فيها، وكذلك ما عرف عن ميولهم وتخصصاتهم العلمية. وضح البحث بأهم النتائج العلمية التي توصل اليها. North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the European Union share common strategic interests, and both sides face serious internal and external security challenges. Both organizations must work together to tackle thorny issues such as managing economic crises, domestic and international military conflicts, as well as problems of self-development and the development of security, military and regulatory institutions for both organizations. It seems clear through consultations and meetings between the two parties that they are focusing seriously on the development of political, economic and military relations in order to meet the challenges and overcome the obstacles that stand in the way of the two parties. The most important common denominator between the two parties is that both organizations share almost the same members, which in itself is a powerful factor that helps resolve the differences between them. Since the end of the Cold War, the relations between the two sides have gradually developed to the present day because of their determination to strengthen these relations to the stage of integration between the two institutions of the two organizations in Europe with common values, traditions and interests. The research is divided into an introduction, two sections and a conclusion. The first section dealt with the developments and new tasks of NATO and the European Union after the Cold War. The second section highlights the impact of NATO and EU security and military policy on their relationship. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
