Training and globalization: the comprehensive reform of upper secondary education (RIEMS) in México. (English)

At present, the importance of education in the development of nations increases. It is urgent to analyze, in the midst of the economic, social and political conditions that dominate the current world, the place of teacher education, in particular, the teacher of upper secondary education (EMS) in Mexico, from the local and national level as it is the integral reform of this educational level RIEMS). Only a teaching-learning process developed by competent professors in terms of integral training will favor the aspiration of forming a quality graduate, capable of transforming the contexts with which they interact. En los momentos actuales, se incrementa la importancia de la educación en el desarrollo de las naciones. Resulta impostergable analizar en medio de los condicionamientos económicos, sociales y políticos que dominan el mundo actual, el lugar que ocupa la formación del profesorado, en particular, el profesor de educación media superior (EMS) en México, desde lo local y nacional como es la reforma integral de este nivel educativo (RIEMS). Sólo un proceso de enseñanzaaprendizaje desarrollado por profesores competentes en cuanto a formación integral, favorecerá la aspiración de formar un egresado de calidad, capaz de transformar los contextos con los que interactúe.
