CAIRNS: a pedagogical and digital long life guidance tool.

In our altering society, knowing how to do guidance has become a necessary skill. The orientation no longer follows a tubular and fixed course. It realizes by a succession of choices and opportunities of a reticular type. Nevertheless, the existing digital tools do not sufficiently respond to this new form of orientation. CAIRNS, the pedagogical tool we present here, is a possible answer to the renewal of these orientation practices. It takes into account aspects related to territorialization, gamification and distributed cognition. The protean form of guidance's territories requires the use of a multimetric system. For us, it is a geographical information system (GIS). Indeed, it presents the dual interest of being both a decision-making tool and a tool for processing the information collected. Dans notre société en mouvement, savoir s'orienter est devenu une compétence nécessaire. L'orientation ne suit plus aujourd'hui un parcours tubulaire et figé, mais se réalise par une succession de choix et d'opportunités du type réticulaire. Néanmoins, les outils numériques existants ne permettent pas de répondre suffisamment à cette nouvelle forme d'orientation. CAIRNS, l'outil pédagogique que nous présentons ici, est une réponse possible au renouveau de ces pratiques d'orientation. Il prend en compte des aspects liés à la territorialisation, à la gamification et à la cognition distribuée. La protéiformité des territoires de l'orientation a nécessité l'utilisation d'un système multimétrique. C'est un système d'information géographique (SIG) qui a été retenu dans notre cas.
