Topics include protein asparagine (N)-linked glycosylation occurs in two steps including the first when the protein is being synthesized in the endoplasmic reticulum, and then the transfer of glycoprotein via vesicles, to the Golgi apparatus and models of therapeutic protein glycosylation.
